Hythe Bay Children’s Centre Out of School Club offers a welcoming range of childcare options for school‑aged children (4–11 years), including Breakfast Club, Early Drop‑Off, After School Club, and Holiday Playschemes.

Out of School Club Registration Form

Breakfast Club – From 7:45am

Available for all children attending Hythe Bay Primary School.

Children can start their day in a calm, friendly environment with a family‑style breakfast. They can choose from a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast and preserves, and milk.

Cost: £3.68 per day

Early Drop‑Off Club – From 8:15am

Perfect for avoiding the school‑run rush.

Children from both Breakfast Club and Early Drop‑Off enjoy some relaxed free time before being taken to their classrooms for the start of the school day.

Cost: £2.25 per day

After School Club – Until 4pm or 6pm

A fun, nurturing space where children can unwind, complete homework, join in creative activities, enjoy sports, or socialise with friends.

A healthy light tea is provided for children staying beyond 4pm.

Children are collected directly from their classrooms at the end of the school day and are ready for parent pick‑up at our Out of School Club room.

Prices:

4pm Pick‑Up (no tea): £6.10 per day

6pm Pick‑Up (includes tea): £13.42 per day

Holiday Playschemes

Our holiday clubs offer full days packed with fun throughout selected school holidays.

Starting August 2025, we offer four flexible sessions between 7:30am and 5pm:

Morning Playscheme (8am–1pm): £20

Afternoon Playscheme (12pm–5pm): £20

Short Day Playscheme (9am–3pm): £28

Full Day Playscheme (7:30am–5pm): £38

Children enjoy a wonderful mix of activities and outings every day arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, sports, games, beach trips, canal walks, park adventures, and more.

Every day is different, helping children explore new hobbies and develop new skills.

We aim to create a warm, family‑style atmosphere where children feel at home and able to relax, while supporting parents who need reliable childcare during school holidays.

Please note: Playschemes run only when minimum numbers are met. Please register your interest as early as possible so we can confirm availability.
