At Hythe Bay Nursery, we’re proud to have a caring and highly qualified team dedicated to supporting your child’s learning and development. Our manager holds Qualified Teacher Status.

Every member of our team brings experience, knowledge, and a passion for helping children thrive including those with additional needs or disabilities. We work closely with professionals such as speech and language therapists, specialist teachers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and inclusion teams to make sure every child gets the support they need.

To keep our skills up to date, our staff regularly take part in training both in-house and through courses and apprenticeships. These include safeguarding, paediatric first aid, food allergy awareness, health and safety, positive behaviour strategies, and supporting children with special educational needs.

We also learn about important topics like GDPR and global sustainability, so we can provide the very best care for your child. Your child’s safety, happiness, and development are always at the heart of what we do.
