Playscheme, Breakfast Club & After School Club.
Hythe Bay Children's Centre Out of School Club currently offers both breakfast clubs and after school clubs for school aged children (4-11 years).
Our breakfast club is open to any child attending Hythe Bay Primary School from 7.45am. Breakfast is served at family tables and children may choose from a variety of cereals, a small cooked breakfast, fruit juice, milk, yoghurt, toast and preserves.
Our after school club is a fun environment for the children to relax, complete homework and take part in a variety of activities and sport. A healthy cooked tea is provided by the centre.
Children are collected from their classrooms at the end of the school day at Hythe Bay and St Augustine's Primary Schools and the children will be fed and ready to be picked up by parents at our Out of School Club room at 6pm.
Hythe Bay Children's Centre usually run a playscheme during the school holidays too. This service is presently unavailable, however we hope to be able to run them again in the future.
Whilst at our playschemes, children are offered a wonderful selection of activities and outings each day.
We aim to develop a real family atmosphere so that children can feel at home, relax and enjoy their time in the club whilst allowing parents to continue working through the school holidays..
Our breakfast and after school clubs are open to all Hythe Bay C of E School children again from 8th March.
Unfortunately, we are unable to run our holiday playschemes at the moment, however it is continually being reviewed so please do let us know if there is any interest in these clubs going forward.
To register your interest in our Out of School Club, please send us a completed Registration Form either by hand or by email to
